Within Me- a poem

“Your Spirit lives within me”

IT’S that time of year again

That brings you close to me.

All the songs and Christmas lights

We couldn’t wait to see.

OH, how we always decked the halls,

And every corner, too.

For I’m not sure who loved it more~

So childlike, me or you?

AND though I know you are afar,

Yet still, I feel you near.

For every ornament I hang,

Your voice I still hear.
