Tree of Life

I’ve always been awed by the Tree of life. It’s symbolism, cultural mythology and folklore from around the world, shares many meanings of faith and tales of the tree.

I was motivated to paint the above from emotions at that time of my life. The flowers are similar to the sunflower and I added blueberries. Moma’s favorite flower and color.

I would imagine that we all, at various stages of our lives, would put a part of ourselves onto our canvas.
