NOAA announced today that we had a G5, Extreme geomagnetic, solar storm. The last one we had was October 2003.
I will be the first to tell you, I had no idea what it was all about. But after doing some reading, it’s amazing what goes on beyond what we see. The effects and outcome from activity that we otherwise are unaware of in our daily lives.
It seems tonight, a good part of the US may have the opportunity to see the Northern Lights. I have never seen them in person, but will try to get a glimpse tonight.
And to think, none of this requires cable TV.
