My words to God- a poem

AT peace with You; it took a while

For me, to understand.

That life, it comes to us as is-

Not always as we planned.

I asked my questions, one by one

You gently let me be.

Knowing it would take some time

For me to clearly see.

AND now, I’ve learned to navigate

New paths before my eyes.

I thank You, as You walk with me

And make me more the wise.
