TODAY I hold close all that’s real

Throughout my many years.

Memories of loving times

And also those of tears.

THEY say you should stay focused on

The future days ahead.

I say your future is yet built

With memories, instead.

FOR how to better plan your life

Than with a centered heart.

Both full of love and knowledge -

What a perfect place to start.
