Time- a poem

TIME is so elusive when

You wait for it to come.

Like children on a Christmas Eve,

Waiting for the sun.

TIME can bring you heaviness,

at moments when you’re sad.

With memories that make you cry,

Of all the times you had.

STILL, time can be a peaceful friend,

Embracing you with love.

Reminding of the things you have,

And blessings from above.
