The shoreline and the Sea- a poem
I sit and watch the waves come in
Against the sandy shore.
The foam then spreads among the rocks
As if reaching for more.
CARESSING gently, lingering still,
As if wanting to stay.
But then returning back to sea,
Though never far away.
FOR waves return yet to the shore,
As it will always be.
Reflecting sunlight from above,
The shoreline, and the sea.
