WHAT will be my lighted paths,

My choices yet to come?

Today I wonder what’s ahead.

What actions have begun?

LIFE is moving all around,

We’re pieces on a board.

Going through the days of time,

Pushing ever forward.

FOR as I look around, I see

Challenges to meet.

Happiness, still yet to share,

Although it’s bitter, sweet.

BUT time moves on and you will find

You still have life to live.

And what you carry in your heart

Is now your gift to give.
