Breathe Deeply- a poem

TODAY, I choose to breathe deeply,

Into my inner soul.

Refocusing on life ahead.

Releasing some control.

I’LL try to question life much less,

And listen even more.

And then make sure I feel the love

Deep in my inner core.

AND though I’ll walk with eyes alert,

I’ll search for more to see.

For signs are all around us if

We’ll only let them be.
