Never say Goodbyes- a poem

I close my eyes to feel you near,

And know you are with me.

For feeling you within my life

Means more than what I see.

AS eyes can only see what's there

Within their single sight.

But hearts can feel from near or far

And take you on a flight.

WITHIN my heart, I visit you,

We share each other's lives.

We laugh, we talk and sometimes cry,

But never say goodbyes.

FOR distance hasn't broken us,

We still can find our way,

To stay connected as we are

Until reunion day.
