The lucky Ones- a poem

THE lucky ones in life, it seems,

Have felt a pain or two.

For luck is not always just bliss,

But sometimes point of view.

FOR every one who cries of loss,

You’ve had the joy of love.

And everyone who feels the heat

Has felt rain from above.

I find, at times, we fail to see

Our blessings through our pain.

But rest assured, they still exist,

There is sun after rain.
