Lifetime of Living- a poem

TODAY I sat and thought a bit

On all my blessings real,

And many lessons I have learned,

With choices out there still.

SOME live their lifetime as it were

A play upon a stage,

Going through the motions, reading

Words from off a page.

YET, I have lived a lifetime

Of living every day.

How blessed am I that I may find

More memories on my way.
