Through life and a Day- a poem

THE world is large, and you are small,

But never be afraid.

For through your life I’ve sheltered you,

In all the plans you’ve made.

AT times, yet right before your eyes,

Your plans, they fall apart.

Leaving you alone and scared.

I’ll catch your broken heart.

I’LL mend the pieces, one by one,

And send you on your way,

But never fear, as I am near,

Through life and yes, a day.
