Home- a poem

October 2016.

ANOTHER challenge came today,

To meet with once again.

Rolled up my sleeves and took a breath,

And started to begin.

I worked from dawn until the night,

To bring the light back home.

Searching every corner where

In past, the light once shown.

AND after everything was done,

And when the day was through,

I heard the loons go flying by,

I smiled and thought of you.
