Here with Me- a poem

MY thoughts appear, with a smile

And all the while, you are with me.

I hear the sound of birds chime,

And all the time you are with me.

My life has joy in it still.

I’m climbing each and every hill

And hoping then to fulfill,

My choices every day.

BUT when I close my eyes, I see,

You are still right a side of me

And that is where you’ll always be,

Always- here with me.
