Set it Down- a poem

LIFE is heavy—set it down.

There is no need to carry ‘round

All we struggle every day,

Remembering all we had to say.

FOR as we travel through our life,

We will encounter pain and strife.

Addressing each still as they come,

We’ll find resolve, at least with some.

YET others will remain and stay,

Returning for another day.

It’s those that we must find a place

And then somehow move on with Grace.
