Hello God, In Company- a poem
HELLO God, can we have tea?
Can you come down and sit with me?
I have so much to say and learn,
And every bone inside me yearns.
I’D like to see my loved ones there,
And let them know how much I care.
To hear their voices once again,
And share with them where all I’ve been.
IT’S true that life can be so frail.
But for a moment, lift the veil
So I might be in company
With those I love, but cannot see.
HELLO child, all that you pray,
And all the words you say each day,
Are heard by loved ones lovingly.
Rely on faith, not what you see.
AND know, in truth, the veil is sheer.
So you must never, ever fear,
For loved ones are with you each day
As angels helping on your way.
