A Year Ago

I took this photo a year ago today. As I sit here, it sometimes seems like yesterday. And still, it seems like forever. Funny how that is.

There is a pleasure in seeing that some things have remained the same. Life would be too chaotic without consistency. It’s the constant that gives us our stability and comfort.

Yet, it’s wonderful to see the changes as well. The accomplishments. The found confidence. The steadiness. Sure, there is still room to grow, and with God’s guidance, I will follow that path.
